Want a great workout with a group of people motivating each other? Cardio kickboxing is self paced and great for beginners to advanced people. We offer classes every Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Classes are $5 per class and is separate from the membership for our MMA classes.
We offer yoga classes that are taught by an outside professional. Yoga is great for gaining range of motion, and gaining balance. Classes are taught Wednesday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. Classes are $5 per class and is separate from the membership for our MMA classes.
